Michele's Ride to Remember

We're back with new routes, new date!!!  Our four-day tour will be adding Long Island this year!  That's right we'll start day one at the famous Montauk Lighthouse ending day three in the Bronx. Day four, our final day, will start at FDNY Squad 18 and end at Seaford High School 9/11 Memorial.

The mission of this bicycle tour is to remember all the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and pay tribute to five alumni from Seaford High School; FDNY (Squad 18) Firefighter Timmy Haskell, FDNY Battalion Chief (Ladder 132) Thomas Haskell, NYPD (PCT 40) Police Officer John Perry, Robert Sliwak and Michael Wittenstein, who both worked at Cantor-Fitzgerald financial group. This ride also honors dedicated first responders who continue to serve in their communities.

Proceeds support the Seaford High School 9/11 Patriot Award 

PATRIOT AWARD OVERVIEW

"The Seaford 9/11 Memorial Committee annually honors the memory of our fallen alumni by granting the Patriot Award along with a monetary scholarship to five deserving graduating seniors of Seaford High School.

These awards are distributed in accordance with criteria established by the Patriot Award Committee and recognize characteristics of service, character and commitment that were embodied by our five graduates who perished on September 11, 2001."
